I received a call from a lady today asking if I would be interested in buying 2 older Arabian mares, one still breedable but both very kid safe. Her husband just had his second cancer surgery and neither of them have a job.
This is what they have for sale:
1) 24 year old flea bitten gray purebred Arabian mare, sire imported from Spain. 15-15.1 hh. Still breedable. Great with children and used for 4H $1250.00
2) 22 year old flea bitten gray Arabian mare, sire imported from Poland. 14.3 hands and used for children and adult theraputic riding. Same owner for 20 years. $1250.00
3) 11 year old BS Appy mare. True black with a white star. Loves to jump. Int/Adv. rider due to being slightly green. 16 HH. $5000.00
4) 9 year old beautiful bay gelding. 14.2-14.3 HH, owner said when you ride him he feels like 16 HH. Int/Adv. rider. Verify with owner if papered. I wrote these notes down so quickly I can't remember which one she said wasn't registered. $3000.00/reasonable offer
5) 6 year old flea bitten gray mostly Arab/Appy cross gelding. Looks Arab. Not broke to ride but very gentle. Good 4H prospect. Can go any way. $1500.00/reasonable offer. Again verify registered with owner.
6) Thoroughbred mare for lease. 16.1 HH. Dressage or flat work. Experienced rider.
She also has Western saddles, English saddles and a Stock/Combo GN trailer (holds 4 horses) for sale (trailer $3500.00).
