Brick-Pattern 16-Inch Saddle
[/glow]
This saddle is just too cool. I bought it a few months ago at a tack shop for over $900, thinking I could get over the color (I wanted black, not dark brown). Well, I put it on Tonka, and decided that no, I couldn't live with the color! (I was just too bloody impatient to have a 'nice' saddle to wait on 'the perfect one'!) This one's flashy, but not horribly gawdy. And it's the first time I've ever seen this type of pattern on a saddle. It's so funky, it's cool. I believe it's by Showman (don't quote me on that one, I don't remember anymore 100% what the tag said).
It's been ridden in a whole two times. So there's a little dirt in the stirrups (I'll clean it off, I swear.)
Here's the skinny:
16 INCH DARK BROWN BRICK-PATTERN SHOW/PARADE SADDLE MED. TREE QH BARS SQUARE SKIRT
INSET WITH SILVER “BRICK” STUDS SEAT STITCHED IN “BRICK” PATTERN (WHITE THREAD) BRAND NEW (RIDDEN TWICE) - CURRENTLY HOUSE-KEPT
Paid: $945 Selling for: $500 obo, plus shipping
Not a lot of use there, huh? Darnit.
I love this stitching.
"Brick" detail.
