Don't worry too much about her getting sick from a bath - if you can, use warm water. But most important about that, just don't let her get a chill. use a cooler to wick out the moisture, and make sure she's dry as you can possibly get her, and she should be fine. The Micro-Tek is good stuff! If she's only got a few scabs left (and from the pics that is what it looks like), she's mostly beaten it on her own - but you can certainly ask your vet if penicillin would give her a little bit of a boost.

Just wanted to add: Be VERY CAREFUL about medicating a horse that is in foal [you probably already know that, but ....] That includes something as simple as penicillin and wormer ... wisest thing to do is wait for the vet's recommendations! Keep up the great work!
